Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Maintain a positive attitude; foster friendliness and teamwork.
3. Create a positive working environment emphasizing customer service by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
4. Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations, including making sandwiches, assisting with the Hot Bar, slicing meats and cheese, serving food and drinks, and taking telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
5. Keep the workstation and surrounding area clean and organized (washing dishes, mopping, etc.).
6. Ensure all self-service packaged products are correctly packaged with proper weights and ingredients.
7. Follow the company's Food Safety program.
8. Assist with stocking and proper rotation of products.
9. Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Food service experience is a plus but not required.
3. Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
4. Ability to understand and follow instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with various individuals daily.
5. Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts in accordance with company policies.
