Job Description: Food Service Associate

Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient and courteous customer service, supporting our mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Create a friendly and positive environment through teamwork and flexibility.
3. Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
4. Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed expectations, including making sandwiches, assisting with the Hot Bar, slicing meats and cheese, serving food and drinks, and taking telephone orders.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and surrounding area.
6. Assist in proper packaging and labeling of products, ensuring correct weights and ingredients.
7. Follow food safety protocols and assist in stock rotation.
8. Participate in cross-training across multiple areas with varying responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Food Service experience is a plus but not required.
3. Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
4. Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks, with regular interaction with team members and customers.
5. Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts in accordance with company policies.
