Job summary

MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, ME, is seeking a team member to support patient meal preparation, distribution, and sanitation. You will help prepare food and beverages for patients and guests, manage service areas, and assist with catering events, including cashiering and serving duties as needed.

A 40-hour work week and competitive pay are offered. Compensation includes an hourly range of $16.50 to $28.88 with potential shift and holiday differentials, plus a comprehensive benefits

Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures. Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, waiting tables, tray line delivery, and catering special events. Assists with sanitation duties, including dish washing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Compensation Information

$16.50 - $28.88 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
