FiveStar is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to support the Food Service Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and food operations at our Shelbyville location. The role involves coordinating with the management team to ensure compliance with health regulations, inventory control, and product quality.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in food service, knowledge of equipment, and a professional, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred.
Knowledge of food service equipment.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Team player, honest, hardworking with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities
