Mancan is partnering with a Wooster-area company to fill a part-time Dining Hall Attendant/Helper position. The role supports daily dining operations, including serving, cleaning, and basic food prep. A background check is required to meet company standards, with a rotating schedule and weekend availability.

The position is temporary-to-hire, offering the chance to become a permanent employee. This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Utilize food serving experience to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for customers.
• Keep the buffet stocked and clean, maintaining an inviting presentation for diners.
• Ensure the dining room and serving counters are clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist with food preparation to support the kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with other dining floor staff, working in rotation to provide efficient service.
• Display flexibility regarding work hours
• Take responsibility for dishwashing duties as required.
• Willingness to perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
• Must be able to pass a background check to meet company standards.

If so, Mancan has an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently partnering with a company in Wooster that is seeking Dining Hall Attendants/Helpers for part time. This is a temporary-to-hire position, and the right candidate will have the chance to become a permanent employee.

Responsibilities

Hours and Schedule

• The work schedule will vary on a rotating schedule, and candidates must be available to work on the weekend shift 2pm - 10:30pm.
• All workers are expected to work every other weekend to ensure coverage and support the dining hall operations.

Pay Rate: $15.00/HR
