Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Food Service Aide/Dietary Aide in Erie, PA. This full-time role includes a $13.95–$17.00 hourly pay range based on experience and a $750 sign-on bonus.

You will perform patient food services, dining room and dish room duties, ensuring timely, high-quality meals while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services and dish room services.
• Serve prepared food to patients, families, staff and visitors and assist in clean up.
• Be timely and efficient when preparing food.
• Provide high quality food preparation and service.
• Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising quality.
• Volunteer to help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary.
• Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner.
