Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Food Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining environment at our casino/hospitality venue in Las Vegas. You will present menus, take accurate orders, and use our POS system to ensure accurate processing and timely service.

The role emphasizes menu knowledge, beverage pairings, and teamwork to create a warm, memorable guest experience while upholding health, safety, and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in a full-service dining venue.
• Must have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-touch guest service in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Present menus and provide personalized beer, wine, and food recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system per guidelines.
• Handle payments and provide correct change with receipts and signatures as required.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist teammates with service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas; comply with health regulations.
