Overview

As a Live! Food Server, you will deliver friendly and efficient service, ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. Your role includes greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at your station.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Have knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend dishes.
• Handle payment methods for food and beverage charges.
• Take and serve orders, clear tables, and transport dishes and linens.
• Enhance the gaming and dining experience with prompt service and guest interaction.
• Assist with In-Room Dining orders when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You Need

• Ability to operate fountain soft drink, tea, and coffee machines.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE.
• Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese).
• Organizational skills and creativity; knowledge of sanitation and health regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; customer service training a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in casual, buffet, or fine dining restaurants.
• Ability to comply with gaming regulations and obtain necessary licenses, including an Alcohol Beverage Card.
