Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking friendly dining room servers to deliver attentive food and beverage service to guests in our casino and hotel environment.

Provide knowledgeable menu guidance, handle guest receipts per internal controls, and maintain clean, organized service stations. This role may rotate among casino or hotel outlets and requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a smoky environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Restaurant experience 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred.

• Have a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists.
• Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains station during shift.

• Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
• Remain up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• May be assigned to Food & Beverage work stations of the casino and/or hotel.
• Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.

Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
