Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms according to catering specifications, arrange linens, dishes, silverware and glassware, and greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.

You will serve food and beverages, prepare condiments, and break down the space after each function, removing used items to the dishwashing area, while upholding guest service standards and compliance with our Equal Opportunity Employer policy.

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts.
• Prepare and set up condiments.
• Break down banquet room upon completion of function; remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware and transport to dishwashing area.
