Amara Golf & Social Club in Las Vegas is seeking a Food Server to bring the Amara experience to life through attentive, personalized service that makes residents, members, and guests feel welcomed and valued.

Work closely with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Bartenders, and Hosts to anticipate needs, execute refined service, and create memorable dining experiences that reflect the warm, elevated hospitality that defines Amara.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering food & beverage service in fine dining, private clubs, or luxury settings preferred.
• Ability to engage residents, members and guests with professional service.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette, service sequencing, and beverage service preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Food Server will bring the Amara experience to life by delivering thoughtful dining experiences through attentive, personalized service that makes every resident, member, and guest feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, Culinary team, Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts , you will anticipate member needs, recognize individual preferences, execute refined food and beverage service, and create memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and meaningful relationships. Through your professionalism, menu and beverage knowledge, and commitment to service excellence, you will help create exceptional dining and social experiences that strengthen members' connection to the Club while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elevated hospitality that define Amara Golf & Social Club.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) or more years of experience providing food and beverage service within fine dining restaurants, private clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, or other hospitality-focused environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional hospitality while building meaningful relationships through attentive, personalized, and professional service.
• Strong knowledge of dining etiquette, service sequencing, food presentation, wine and beverage service, and point-of-sale systems, or the ability to quickly develop these skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage residents, members, guests, and fellow team members while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to remain composed while managing multiple tables and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve service concerns professionally, and contribute to exceptional member satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Culinary, Beverage, and Front-of-House team members to ensure seamless service execution and exceptional dining experiences.
• Passion for hospitality with a commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain and maintain required certifications in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
