Job summary

Amara Golf & Social Club in Las Vegas invites applications for a Cart Attendant to deliver hospitality along the golf course, serving beverages and light menu items to residents, members, and guests during rounds.

Working with the F&B, Golf Operations, and Culinary teams, you will recognize member preferences, create personalized interactions, and help ensure a warm, discreet, and memorable club experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in food and beverage service or guest-facing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in outdoor/service settings.
• Experience handling guest charges or POS systems preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and food offerings, or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful hospitality on the golf course and provide food & beverage service to members, guests and prospective members during rounds.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light menu offerings, recognizing member preferences and creating personalized interactions.
• Collaborate with F&B, Golf Operations, and Culinary teams to support tournaments and events.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, discretion, and service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cart Attendant will bring the Amara experience to life by delivering thoughtful hospitality throughout the golf course by providing exceptional food and beverage service to residents, members, guests, and prospective members during their round of golf. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, Golf Operations team, and Culinary team, you will prepare and serve beverages and light menu offerings while recognizing member preferences, creating personalized interactions that enhance the overall golf experience. Through your professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to exceptional service, you will help build meaningful relationships, support tournaments and special events, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, hospitality, and personalized care that define Amara Golf & Social Club.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) or more years of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, golf, resort, private club, or another guest-focused environment preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards in an outdoor environment.
• Experience handling member charges and point-of-sale systems preferred, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain financial accountability.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings, or the ability to quickly learn product knowledge to effectively serve and engage members and guests.
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence with the ability to build relationships, anticipate member preferences, and create memorable experiences that reflect the Club's commitment to exceptional service.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality while building positive relationships through warm, attentive, and personalized service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage residents, members, guests, and fellow team members.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart and maintain awareness of golfers, course conditions, and pace of play while providing exceptional service.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.
• Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain required certifications in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
