Job summary

The Amara Golf & Social Club in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Bus Person to support dining experiences with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail. You will help with dining room readiness, table maintenance, and service support in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-minded, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or guest services preferred but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Bus Person will bring the Amara experience to life by supporting thoughtful dining experiences by maintaining an inviting, organized, and impeccably presented dining environment for residents, members, guests, and prospective members. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Servers, Food Runners, Bartenders, Hosts, and Culinary team, you will assist with dining room readiness, table maintenance, service support, and overall restaurant presentation while contributing to the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail that define Amara Golf & Social Club. Through teamwork, anticipation, and a commitment to service excellence, you will help ensure every dining experience flows seamlessly from arrival through departure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or another customer-focused environment preferred, but not required.
• Passion for hospitality with a willingness to learn, contribute to a collaborative team, and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail with the ability to maintain high presentation standards throughout busy service periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside Culinary and Front of House team members.
• Ability to remain organized, proactive, and responsive while supporting multiple service needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Food Handler Certification, or the ability to obtain certification in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
