Hydrite Chemical Co. in Spencer, IA is seeking a Food Program Manager to provide consultative service to sanitation customers within the food industry. Overnight travel is required across NW Iowa to support customer needs.

The role focuses on optimizing plant sanitation programs, guiding account management, and delivering continuous value through Hydrite’s service program. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you train teams and drive cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Consult with sanitation customers to optimize plant sanitation programs and meet PAMP goals.
• Identify corrective actions on-site and coordinate with Hydrite teams.
• Prepare service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Travel overnight across NW Iowa as required to service accounts.
