Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing seeks a Food Sales Training Manager to design and deliver sales training from Grand Island to North Platte, with travel toward Omaha and Cheyenne. You will train new outside area managers and ongoing staff, track performance, and implement new training programs to support growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years of experience, and 6 months in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• 6 months of supervisory or management experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Experience developing and delivering training in sales or foodservice/distribution domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to assess current and future sales force needs and enhance training programs.
• Coordinate training with departments to ensure trainees are prepared.
• Present and train sales associates; conduct required training sessions.
• Supplement Training Manual with local market programs and reports.
• Plan, schedule and facilitate training programs; collaborate with vendors for external training.
