A successful candidate will have a BS in a Science-based curriculum and a minimum of 3 years in a food processing environment, with prior thermal processing experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Temperature Distribution and Heat Penetration testing for food safety.
• Maintain the Thermal Processing Schedule for company products.
• Assist in filing scheduled processes with the FDA.
