Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Food Safety Analyst to oversee proactive, risk-based safety programs across Arby’s and Jimmy John’s. You will analyze performance, develop practical corrective actions, and partner with field teams to protect guests, brands, and franchises.

The role owns programs, analyzes risk, and helps continuously improve scalable systems. Responsibilities include coordinating assessment programs, reporting, and responding to health inquiries, while traveling as needed to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food safety or related field; CP-FS is preferred.
• 2+ years in retail food safety, regulatory, QA, or related roles.
• Experience applying food safety principles in restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA Food Code, and cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage elements of third-party food safety assessment programs.
• Analyze health department results, identify trends, and act on risks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for food safety performance.
• Coordinate responses to complaints and regulatory inquiries with escalation.
• Evaluate safety requirements for equipment, sanitation, and tech.
• Conduct risk assessments for new menu items and processes.
• Coordinate cook validation, temperature monitoring, and data analysis.
• Partner with Culinary and Operations to embed safety in initiatives.
• Create clear food safety communications for varied audiences.
