Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Food Safety Analyst to oversee proactive food safety programs across Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, applying expert knowledge and independent judgment. You will work with field teams, operations, and cross-functional partners to protect guests and brands while driving continuous improvement of scalable systems.

Two positions are open. The role emphasizes risk assessment, data analysis, and actionable safety communications, with travel and a focus on brand protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong food safety foundations.
• Professional food safety certifications and knowledge of HACCP systems.
• Experience applying food safety principles in restaurant ops or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage elements of third-party food safety assessment programs and performance.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and coordinate CAPA with leaders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor food safety performance.
• Coordinate responses to health dept matters and incidents with escalation.
• Evaluate safety requirements for chemicals, sanitation and equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments for new menus, processes, and tech.
• Coordinate validation and data analysis of cook temps and processes.
• Partner with Culinary and Operations to embed safety in initiatives.
• Create clear food safety communications and field guidance.
