The Food Science Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences is looking for a part-time instructor for the October 2026 Food Safety and Sanitation Short Course.

Lectures to include the following:

• Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design
• Allergen Control: Regulations and Control Strategies

As instructor, duties include:

• Prepare demonstration samples for use in both short courses
• Prepare and deliver lectures on aspects of Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control
• Deliver demonstrations on both Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control for the 2026 Sanitation and Safety Short Course
