Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to create and maintain trending charts.
• Previous experience in food industry and quality assurance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all recordkeeping and KPIs related to quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to FDA, USDA, and local health department regulations.
• Conduct daily checks on GMPs and HACCP documentation.
