Job summary

Qualifications

• Food safety and quality are primary responsibilities.
• Experience in a laboratory or aseptic production setting preferred.
• Record review and release in a regulated field is valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food safety and quality.
• Audit charts, records, and reports for compliance with regs and company requirements.
• Maintain organized files of production and processing records for lots.
• Coordinate the Quality Hold Program to document defective lots.
• Review test results and execute Product Release Programs and inventory control details.
• Generate data summaries to support quality improvement decisions.
• Assist in developing Plant and Quality Specifications and standards.
• Perform tasks per safety and efficiency company standards.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary; perform other duties as assigned.
