SkyChefs in Phoenix, United States, is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and our Global Quality Standards. You will help maintain a safe, audit-ready environment and train teams to follow best practices.

Competenze

• Experience in food manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, sanitation standards.
• Ability to train and lead audits and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Maintain and monitor recordkeeping and KPIs for the Quality Department and GQS.
• Daily monitor GMPs for compliance.
• Verify coolers and freezer room temperatures for compliance.
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling.
• Obtain Chef Table samples to verify compliance to specification.
• Assist the Quality Manager with training and daily quality initiatives.
• Conduct workstation inspections for compliance and HACCP documentation.
• Create charts, trending reports, training materials and visuals.
• Train employees in compliance to USDA Regulated Garbage Standards.
