Coulter Services is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Technician to support safe, high-quality food production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Owatonna, MN. You will perform routine inspections, sampling, and lab testing to verify HACCP and GMP compliance.

You will document findings, maintain complete records, and assist in root-cause investigations and corrective actions while partnering with operations to resolve quality and safety issues.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food safety principles, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing and sampling procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and laboratory tests to verify compliance with internal standards, HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Document findings and maintain accurate, complete food safety and quality records.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions for nonconformances.
• Partner with operations teams to resolve quality and safety issues.
