Job summary

Flying Food Group, LLC is seeking an FSQ Manager to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and FSQ standards across the facility. You will collaborate with key personnel and oversee audit programs, training, and documentation.

This full-time, day-shift role reports to the Food Safety Compliance Manager, offers a comprehensive benefits package, and requires a BS degree with 3–5 years in the food industry; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree from a 4-year university.
• 3-5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Experience in a USDA facility is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSQ codes and standards.
• Conduct audits of facility, vendors, and ingredients.
• Train staff on FSQ requirements and corrective actions.
• Review inspections, sanitation violations and action plans.
• Maintain FDA and USDA documentation for compliance.
