Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to support safe, high-quality food manufacturing.
• Perform tests following established laboratory procedures, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
• Document test results accurately and maintain required laboratory records.
• Maintain and support laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Identify and promptly report out-of-specification results.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to investigate issues and help improve processes.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
