Job summary

Responsibilities include analytical lab testing (HPLC, titrimeter, colorimeter, density, viscosity), GMP/process audits, data entry, and training. A HS diploma with 2 years experience or an associate/bachelor’s degree is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 2 years of relevant work experience or an associate’s/bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while performing everyday tasks.
• English communication in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for food safety and quality events and coordinate next steps.
• Conduct analytical and physical lab testing (HPLC, titrimeter, colorimeter, density, viscosity).
• Perform GMP and Process Audits in production and storage areas.
• Enter data into Quality System databases and report monthly summaries.
• Present training in Quality subjects to staff and support HACCP and Analytical QA programs.
• Assist in training new employees and support maintenance of lab equipment.
