Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp. is seeking a FSQA Tech to conduct daily checks on the production floor, review ingredients and finished products, monitor allergens, and ensure GMPs and food safety practices are followed. This role supports policies to drive quality and safety.

You will perform label reviews and record-keeping, apply mathematical and documentation skills, and assist in maintaining a safe, compliant manufacturing environment across our U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum of 2 years food safety/quality.
• Required Experience: Food Safety/Food Quality, allergens, GMPs
