You will lead daily operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring health codes are met, facilities are well-maintained, and service runs smoothly during peak times.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in food service operations, safety compliance, and facilities/equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
• Active ServSafe Manager certification and NYC Food Protection Certificate (OSHA 10/30 a plus)

• Oversee daily HACCP compliance and health department regulations across high-volume dining operations
• Manage routine and preventative maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration units
• Coordinate with external facilities management and service technicians; monitor schedules and vendor performance
• Conduct safety and facility walkthroughs; drive corrective action plans to meet NYC Health Department and OSHA standards
• Coach culinary and operations staff on equipment upkeep, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
