Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a Safety Coordinator to work with Safety Managers and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and operational needs across assigned geographies. The role supports business-critical matters and drives safety initiatives in a hybrid environment.

You will develop and implement safety policies, manage incident investigations, and provide safety and workers' compensation information to management. If you have food safety or restaurant industry experience and strong MS Office skills, you

Qualifications

• Food safety or safety experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, creativity, and training skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in food service, safety, nutrition or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety efforts to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develops and implements safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures HACCP-related temperatures and handling.
• Provides safety and workers' compensation information to management.
• Identifies programs and tools to positively impact safety.
• Investigates accidents as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
