Job summary

Steritech in the United States is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering safe, high-quality experiences.

You will conduct audits, observe food prep, partner with clients to address discrepancies, and train staff, with travel 50–70% (8–10 days per month) including evenings and weekends. Valid CP-FS certification required; driver’s license essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Teach and coach clients to maintain a safer, healthier workplace for their staff and customers.
• Maintain documentation and records related to audits and inspections.
