Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and procedures to cook and garnish food.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health code regulations.
• Keep food safety and operational logs up to date.
• Adjust recipes and portions per guest requests.
• Prepare inventory lists for food stations as needed.
• Coordinate with assistant cooks on food prep and storage.
• Operate and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Assist other cooks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
