• Cool, refrigerate, label, and store food per policy and health code.
• Maintain cleaning procedures to meet policy and health standards.
• Prepare kitchen for daily setup and stocking; assist with serving at stations.
• Organize prep boards according to operation needs and delivery schedules.
• Adjust work during prep to changing needs.
• Decide quantity and quality of products to prep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
