Formación

• CP-FS certification or in-progress required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel 50–70% (8–10 days/month)
• Excellent listening, organization, communication and time management skills

Responsabilidades

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure conformance to regulatory, industry, and brand standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
• Develop corrective action plans with clients to address discrepancies.
• Train and educate staff on food safety best practices and procedures.
• Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance.
• Respond to food safety incidents and investigate root causes.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment and influence others with tact and clarity.
