Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Back Server at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. The role supports the food server team, runs food, and helps organize tickets on the line to maintain a smooth, fast-paced service flow.

Ideal candidates will have a year of food running experience, excellent communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food running experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
• Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist with running food and organizing tickets on the cooking line.
• Maintain smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide support to the food server team.
• Perform light cleaning duties (vacuuming, wiping tables, cleaning small wares).
