Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to support our restaurant team in Windsor Locks, CT. You will assist servers, set up tables, deliver meals, and ensure clean, safe dining environments for guests.

Food Runner/Busser Overview

As a food runner/busser you will be assisting the restaurant servers with table maintenanceincluding setting up and clearing. We are looking for a professional and efficient individual to provide our guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience.

Responsibilities include

• Assist customers with orders by explaining specials and making recommendations.
• Deliver food correctly and in a timely manner.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation principles.
• Help set up tables by placing appropriate tablewa re, utensils, napkins and decorations.
• Remove any dirty dishes from the table.
