Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Food Runner to support our front-of-house team in delivering high-quality dining experiences at our Louisville properties. You will assist servers, learn menu details, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining room.

We value outgoing personalities, teamwork, and the ability to work at a fast pace, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the White Lodging portfolio.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional service by delivering quality food to guests and maintaining frequent communication with servers.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
