Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Noe Food Runner with a passion for excellence and aloha spirit. You will assist the Food Server by delivering food from the kitchen, setting up tables, and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled with care.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a luxury setting and strong communication and computer skills. We offer competitive benefits including meals, parking, dry cleaning for uniforms, and 401k after 30 days.

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set‑up of buffets and food stations.

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call Noe Food Runner who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Noe Food Runner reports to the Noe General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

What you will do

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set‑up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set‑up of buffets and food stations.

What you will bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
