Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a TheMusic Hall Runner in Las Vegas to support kitchen operations and guest service during events. You will help ensure orders are delivered promptly, maintain service standards, and assist staff across opening, running, and closing duties.

The role requires experience in high-volume food service, excellent communication, urgency, and strong teamwork to keep the service area efficient and safe throughout busy events.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Experience as Expeditor or Server in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Circulate to maintain atmosphere and safety during shifts.
• Keep floor clean and free of obstacles throughout shift.
• Clean spills promptly and mark areas with floor signs.
• Sort trash/recyclables into proper receptacles.
• Stock line and keep it to par, per shift needs.
• Stay updated on SOPs and current menu items.
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success.
• Assist teammates as needed and follow safety standards.

The Role:

TheMusic Hall Runneris responsible forassistingMusic Hall staff in ensuring that all kitchen orders are delivered promptly, courteously, and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service Standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift
• Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout the shift
• Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
• Clean and stock line to par throughout the shift
• Keep current on all standard operating procedures
• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Assist other employees as needed
• Follow all safety standards
