Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Food Runner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Food Runners provide exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplify the Golden Rule in every interaction.

Work authorization required. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness; assist in clearing, cleaning and setup of tables; anticipate guest needs; ensure tables are set to standard; offer guests

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Weekend & Holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
