Job summary

T Bar M Racquet Club in Dallas is seeking a friendly Food Runner to support the front-of-house team. Your main duty is to deliver food and beverages from kitchen to dining area while ensuring accuracy and presentation.

You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to create an excellent dining experience for members. Must read, write and speak English; ability to multitask; carry trays and stay on your feet for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must multitask to ensure prompt service.
• Strong organizational skills to locate tables quickly.
• Excellent communication to meet members' requests.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place for expediter line.
• Know menu and be able to verbalize it to guests.
• Follow service procedures when delivering food.
• Assist servers and bussers as needed.
• Ensure accurate and attractive presentation of orders.
• Work with FOH team to maintain service flow.
• Adhere to health department sanitation rules.
• Be able to lift and carry trays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Read, write and speak English.
