Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking team members for a fast-paced, guest-focused dining role in NE Florida. You will work flexible shifts, arrive on time in proper uniform, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation while delivering food to tables and supporting the dining team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
• Arrive to work on time, consistently.
• Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment.
• Communicate with all internal and external customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute all food order deliveries to the correct tables and areas.
• Stock the line with plates and bowls and any other utensils needed for the day.
• Organize and set up work station fast and efficiently.
• Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
• Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving.
• Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef.
