You will master menu items, liquor selections, and service procedures, use POS systems, and uphold state liquor laws while delivering warm, attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely delivery of food and maintain high plate quality.
• Know table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours, setup, and dress code.
• Follow departmental policies and service procedures.
• Know liquor brands, wines, beers, and garnishes; understand glassware.
• Know all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, portions, and presentation.
• Abide by state liquor regulations and do not serve minors or intoxicated persons.
• Operate equipment properly and use POS systems.
• Assist other employees to boost department performance.
