Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a food runner to ensure a smooth transition of dishes from kitchen to table. You will verify each plate, relay orders, and maintain a clean station in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive energy, ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room staff in a fast-paced environment; ensure timely delivery of all items.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen; verify plates match ticket specs and review outgoing plates.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all health and sanitation regulations.
