Job summary

Doughboy Restaurant Group in Chicago is seeking enthusiastic Food Runners to join our expanding hospitality concept family. You will assist in expediting dishes, reading tickets, and delivering meals from kitchen to tables with speed and care.

Pay is $12.96 per hour plus tips, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with a 75% employer contribution to a BCBS medical plan, and a 401k with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% with immediate vesting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Certification preferred upon hire but must obtain this certification no later than 30 days after hired.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the kitchen line for food expo
• Reading tickets and managing hot and cold food, organizing completed dishes and running food to tables
• Carrying Deep Dish pizzas to table and serving table side
