The Haymaker North Peoria is hiring Food Runners to join a fast-paced restaurant team. We are seeking high-energy, team-oriented individuals who can deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting the kitchen and dining room with speed, accuracy, and care.

Positions available as Part-time or Full-time. Pay starts at $16/hr with room to grow in a locally owned restaurant that values teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Takes pride in organization and cleanliness.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry trays of food safely.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency
• Act as the key link between kitchen and front-of-house team
• Assist servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Support bussing, table resets, and overall guest flow
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and management regarding orders and guest needs
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a strong, team-first culture
