THT28 LLC is seeking a Food Runner to join our busy restaurant team. You will be the link between the kitchen and the wait staff, setting and clearing tables, delivering food, and helping maintain smooth front-of-house operations.

If you’re friendly, hardworking, and eager to break into hospitality, we want to hear from you. As a Food Runner, you’ll support servers, assist with service flow, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a busser, barback, food runner or similar position preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner
• Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff
• Refill drinks
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces
• Remove tablecloths and reset tables
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
