Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Atlanta is seeking a Food Runner to ensure each dish leaves the kitchen perfectly presented and ready for guests. You'll act as the liaison between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced environment, delivering plates promptly and with consistency.

You should bring energy, teamwork, and strong communication. The role involves standing and walking, flexible days/hours, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or foodservice experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, staff and guests.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the kitchen and dining room to ensure timely delivery of all dishes.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen according to ticket specs and verify plate accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized station while following sanitation regulations.
