White Lodging and JW Marriott Austin are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to support the dining team. You will deliver meals promptly, assist servers, and help maintain a clean service area while learning menu details and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality food to guests and communicate with servers
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, friendly work environment
• Maintain neat, professional personal appearance and perform other duties as assigned
