Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Minneapolis is seeking a passionate kitchen team member to support high-volume service during events and daily operations. You will perform table maintenance, opening/closing duties, and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy.

The role requires strong communication, urgency, time management, and adherence to sanitation standards. Experience as an expeditor or server in fast-paced settings is preferred, with HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance duties according to company service standards.
• Execute Opening/Running/Closing duties per service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Circulate to maintain atmosphere and line of sight.
• Keep floor clean, free of trash and obstacles.
• Clean spills promptly and use floor signs.
• Sort trash and recyclables into proper receptacles.
• Stock line to par and maintain current SOPs.
• Stay informed on menu items and descriptions.
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success.
• Assist other employees as needed and follow safety standards.
