Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant experience and comfort with fast-paced environments, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Daily tasks include restocking, cleaning, and assisting in table service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service operations skills preferred.
• Superior skills in interaction with guests preferred.
• Prior runner and/or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders; deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Restock alcohol fridge and stations with utensils, plates, cups, and salt.
• Restock food items at stations with labels on them.
• Wipe down and sanitize station, expo carts, and runner station.
• Assist in running food out to tables and service areas.
• Throw away leftover food and beverages; break down carriers and restock supplies.
